the Peace Memorial Museum of Caen remains the only museum to give an overview of
History from 1918 to our days. From the beginning, the Memorial has been
dedicated to the causes and consequences of the Second World War, and today the
perspective widens.
Thanks to 2500 m² of new areas, the visitor will be able to carry on with his

Departures for the D-day landing beaches
are scheduled as follows:
• From Jan 02 to March 31 : 1 Departure
per day at 1pm.
• From Apr 01 to Sept 30 : 2 Departures per day at 9 am and 2 pm.
• And From Oct 01 to Dec 31 : 1 Departure per day at 1 pm.
Peace Memorial Museum is closed on
December 25 and January 1 and from January 6 to January 20.
