DAY 1 : Paris - Giverny - Honfleur
Depart
Paris with your car rental and drive to Normandy. Make a first stop in
Giverny to visit Monet’s gardens. Then, drive to Rouen and visit its
cathedral. In the afternoon, drive to Honfleur, a charming port and a town
of fishermen, writers and painters, adventuring on the sea and painting the
color of the changing moods and light of the Normand skies. Drive along the
Floral coast and visit Deauville, one famous seaside resort on the coast
that fully lives up to its name and share the charm and seduction which have
made them famous. Overnight at the 3-star
Hotel Castel Albertine*** in Honfleur (or similar).

DAY 2
: Honfleur - Caen - D-day Beaches - Bayeux
Full day dedicated
to the D-day through a journey into the heart of history and hope for the
future. Start your exploration of the
landing beaches of the American troops with a visit to the American
Cemetery, the beaches of Utah and Omaha where the American
troops landed on June 6th, 1944. Then, drive to Bayeux, a city proud of its ancient
religious heritage and its many old houses and mansions, built between the
15th and 18th centuries. Overnight at the
3-star hotel Churchill in Bayeux or similar.
Deauville-Caen: 40 minutes.
DAY 3 : Bayeux
- Mont-Saint-Michel
In the
morning, visit Bayeux, its cathedral of Notre-Dame and the famous Bayeux
tapestry masterpiece, embroidered by Queen Matilda in the 11th century.
then, drive to the Mont Saint-Michel. On your way, make a stop in the
typical copper
city of Villedieu-les-Poeles to visit the Copper Museum and the traditional
bell fondery. Then drive to the Mont St Michel and visit the Wonder of the Western
World. Overnight at the
Hotel la Croix Blanche***
at the Mont Saint-Michel or
similar hotel close by.

DAY 4: Mont
Saint-Michel - Paris
Drive from the
Mont Saint-Michel to Paris. On you way, stop in Chartres for the visit of
the cathedral and its famous stain glasses.
Mont St-Michel-Paris: 4 hours.
