A past to be proud of. This venerable former mansion in Terreaux neighborhood has preserved a rich heritage featuring , among other things, stones from on old local church in the swimming pool and on 18th century staircase. A coaching inn in the 19th century, it became in the 20th an elegant hotel gleaming with marble and precious woods.

In the heart of the town, Le Grand Hôtel des Terreaux*** is one of the oldest hostels in Lyon. It has been fully renovated and is remarkably well situated ; it is only a few minutes walk from the Opera, from the Célestins Theater, the Fine Arts Museum, Old Lyon and all the entertainments and cultural life of the city cent.
